We’re supporting a major defence manufacturing programme in Coventry and are looking to engage experienced Mechanical Fitters aon a contract basis, with multiple positions available and a strong likelihood of extension.
These roles involve hands-on work within a low-volume, high-specification vehicle build environment, supporting critical programmes with real purpose.

Responsibilities
- Mechanical assembly and fitting to engineering drawings
- Working to defined quality, safety, and production standards
- Supporting prototype and production vehicle builds
- Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or Electrical Technician
- Background in automotive, defence, military vehicles, or complex assemblies
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Military or ex-forces experience is highly desirable
